A recent major success for the company was the award of the Maze / Long Kesh Demolition / Site Clearance Contract as part of the Maze regeneration scheme.
This Contract, run in partnership with the Central Procurement Directorate, aims to achieve an excellence rating for CEEQUAL and seeks to meet the requirements of the Construction Excellence and the Considerate Constructor schemes.
The contract has a strong emphasis on sustainability, ensuring that all materials are recovered / recycled where possible. The main material being hardcore coming from the buildings which is being crushed and stockpiled. This will be used in future development of the next phase of the site.
